Our top 25 clients constitute 40% of our revenues, while no single client represents more than 5% of the overall total. Culturally, we have a unique perspective and structure that emphasizes obtaining results for our clients while recognizing that the cost to get desired results also matters. Liner avoids the typical leverage billing model, where creating more work becomes the goal. By maintaining low overhead costs and a lower ratio of associates to partners, we can focus on obtaining results in the most efficient manner possible for our clients. Because alternative fee arrangements play to our strengths by rewarding results over time, we prefer to partner with our clients to create flexibility and predictability in their legal spending. We also look to share in the risks and rewards with our clients by making financial investments in new business ventures, primarily in the areas of entertainment & media, real estate and parking. These partnering and risk-sharing investments continue our strategy of trying to align our interests with our clients and further act to distinguish us from our competitors.
