  • Advising on Trizechahn’s acquisition, environmental review, entitlement, development, financing, construction, and sale of the $650-million Hollywood & Highland Center, a major transit-oriented retail/theater/hotel development in Hollywood, including financings from $82 million parking revenue bonds and $42-million certificates of participation
  • Representing Lowe Enterprises in the acquisition from Culver City and successor agency of a seven acre site and all aspects of entitlement for a $280-million Washington National Transit Oriented Development Project in Culver City
  • Assisting Hazens Real Estate Group with all aspects of land use entitlement, subdivision, transfer of floor area rights, and CEQA review and compliance in connection with a $700-million mixed-use hotel, condominium, and retail project adjacent to “LA Live”
  • Represented Forest City as the developer of the $110-million Blossom Plaza transit-oriented development in the Chinatown area of Los Angeles, including a disposition and development agreement for ground leases of City-owned land, a reciprocal easement agreement, Low Income Housing Tax Credit financing, a City HOME Loan, Prop 1C grants and HUD TOD funding for a $100+ million development recognized as “Deal of the Year” by the Daily Journal (2014).
  • Advising on the $280 million Ivy Station transit-oriented development in Culver City
    Representing Urban Partners’ with regard to the $200-million Central Park at Del Mar Station
  • Advising a project manager in the development of a $600-million transportation project, including evaluation of project alternatives, and obtaining approvals in compliance with CEQA, U.S. Federal Highway Administration, Caltrans, and local entitlement requirements
  • Advising on SAMS’ $300-million Los Angeles Air Force Base Redevelopment Project in El Segundo and Hawthorne, California
  • Representing Forest City Enterprises in its $110-million Blossom Plaza transit-oriented development in Chinatown
