Los Angeles-based Bancroft Capital tapped Liner LLP to provide counsel for its $31.2 million purchase of two buildings in a Denver suburb from unnamed sellers, a deal announced Nov. 4.
The Denver Highlands buildings contain more than 365,000 square feet and are located at 10065 E. Harvard Ave. in Auroria, Colo.
Associate Jeffrey R. McDonald quarterbacked the Los Angeles-based Liner team. Founding partner Mitichell C. Regenstreif and partner C. Geoffrey Mitchell assisted. Partner Afshin Beyzaee and associate John D. Karavas provided tax advice.
in 2006, the buildings underwent a full renovation, which included a new lobby and common areas. Bancroft said it planned to transform the campus into a modern office building with notable amenities over the course of the next year.
Bingham McCutchen LLP and Oppenheimer Wolfe & Donnelly LLP counseled the sellers.
Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP guided American Realty Capital, which provided financing for Bancroft. Century City Associate Wendi A. Sklaver participated.
