Liner has expanded its real estate practice with the addition of partners Jerold Neuman and Michael Kiely, formerly partners in the real estate and land use practice group in Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton's Los Angeles office. Over the past 25 years, Neuman and Kiely have represented clients in real estate development and land use projects across the country, including the Millennium Partners' 1.2-million-square-foot project around the historic Capitol Records' building, the multi-module retail/entertainment center at Hollywood and Highland, the Walt Disney Company's Grand Central Creative Campus in Glendale. Neuman holds a J.D. from Columbia University and Kiely from UCLA School of Law.
