Biography

Andrew Brady is an associate in Liner’s Real Estate and Land Use Group.  Andrew's practices focuses on a broad variety of land use and environmental advisory and litigation issues.  He has handled client matters involving permitting, entitlements, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act review, water rights, and brownfield development.  His experience also includes court cases and regulatory compliance matters involving CEQA, soil and groundwater contamination, the Clean Water Act and NPDES permitting, air quality and air permitting, and California Proposition 65.

Andrew represents private sector and public entity clients in advisory matters and litigation matters in state and federal courts.  Andrew has also represented clients in appeals before the California Court of Appeal, California Supreme Court and U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
