Biography

Erika Schulz is an associate in Liner LLP’s Litigation Group.  Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation at the trial and appellate level, class action suits, and unfair business practices. She also has experience in medical malpractice defense and other complex commercial and entertainment litigation. 

Erika has worked on matters requiring legal, statutory, and medical research, as well as drafting dispositive motions and engaging in discovery practice. She has also participated in community clinics, such as El Centro Legal’s Landlord Tenant Clinic and Teen Court Clinic, where she gained experience researching housing issues and facilitating early intervention programs for minors facing disciplinary action.

In law school, Erika served as Class President of the Student Bar Association, Staff Editor for the Entertainment Law Review, and Delegate of UCLA Law for the Graduate Student Association. She was also the Chair of the Wellness, Publicity, and Graduation Committees.
