Biography

Henley Hansen is an associate in the Insurance Recovery Group.  Henley focuses her practice on representing insureds in a variety of complex insurance coverage matters, including coverage advice, pre-litigation disputes, arbitrations, and coverage litigation.  Henley has experience handling a wide range of coverage disputes involving advertising injuries; business interruption and other property losses; construction defect claims; environmental and pollution losses; fraud and misrepresentation claims; healthcare industry liabilities; mass tort claims; professional liabilities; and property damage.  In 2016, in addition to her litigation in various state and federal courts, Henley was involved in an international arbitration in Bermuda concerning coverage for underlying construction defect litigation.

While in law school, Henley was elected President to St. Thomas More Law Honor Society (2011-2012), served as Treasurer (2010-2011), and worked for the Disability Rights Legal Center.  She also interned for FOX Entertainment Group and coached girls basketball at Marlborough School. 

Prior to law school, Henley played Varsity Women's Basketball at University of Pennsylvania, playing in the NCAA tournament and representing her team as captain.
