Biography

Nathan M. Davis is an associate in Liner’s Litigation Group. His practice focuses on class action lawsuits, unfair business practices, and other complex commercial and entertainment litigation. He represents a diverse range of clients—from Fortune 500 companies to midsize businesses to high profile individuals—in state and federal courts nationwide. Nathan is a trained mediator and has facilitated settlement discussions in more than 100 cases involving myriad issues.

In law school, Nathan was senior notes editor of the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal, a leading publication in intellectual property and entertainment law. He served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Joan M. Azrack of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

Prior to his legal career, Nathan worked in nonprofit fundraising for the Whitney Museum of American Art and for the Apollo Theater in New York City.
