Biography

Samuel Alcabes is an associate in Liner's Real Estate & Land Use Group.  Sam’s practice focuses primarily on environmental and land use matters, including helping property owners, developers, and investors navigate the regulatory process in complex land use entitlement and real estate development projects.  The range of projects that Sam has helped move forward include some of the largest mixed-use developments in Downtown Los Angeles and Hollywood, as well as shopping centers and self-storage facilities in more suburban areas of the region.

As part of guiding projects to approval and construction, Sam represents clients in front of neighborhood councils and community hearings.  Sam also has experience working with local Unions to create Project Labor Agreements to guide the construction process of major development projects.
