Todd Evan Stark is a Partner in Liner’s Real Estate & Land Use Group. He focuses his practice on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, construction and development, and formation of joint ventures relating to real estate for all asset types. Todd also practices in the area of environmental law, where he has represented real property owners, purchasers, and lenders in evaluating, resolving, and managing environmental risk. Todd represents institutional, mid-sized entrepreneurial, and wealthy individual clients.
After beginning his career at an international law firm, Todd was an in-house counsel for TCW Realty Advisors, an institutional real estate investment manager for pension funds and governmental plans. Following his in-house experience, and prior to joining Liner, Todd was a partner with another international law firm. While in law school, he served as the editor-in-chief of the Loyola Law Review and externed for the Hon. Stephen Reinhardt of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, Loyola Law School. He also clerked for the Hon. William Matthew Byrne, Jr., of the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
