Biography

Alexandra Kelly is a Partner in Liner's Business Transactions & Restructuring Group and Real Estate Group, with extensive experience in restructurings, financings, general corporate, and real estate matters.

She has represented stakeholders in some of the country's most complex restructurings, including engagements on behalf of debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, lenders, acquirers, professionals, equity holders, and management, among others.

Alexandra also handles a wide variety of complex finance, corporate, and real estate cases, including representing secured and unsecured lenders and corporations as well as various partnerships in loan transactions and leveraged acquisitions, subordinated loan transactions, purchases and sales, and leasing matters.

  • Represented a crowdfunding-focused real estate investment firm in numerous real estate investments.
  • Represented BI-LO, LLC, a large regional supermarket chain with more than $500 million in prepetition liabilities, in its chapter 11 reorganization, noted as one of the most successful retail restructurings in recent history.
  • Represented a majority bondholder group in an exchange offer of $300 million in notes in the radio and media industry.
